The October 2022 edition of Inside Housing magazine features an article by Rykneld Homes. Titled “On Time and On Target – Green Homes Delivery Success,” it reports on the timely completion of a £12 million, large-scale decarbonisation project funded by the Green Homes Grant Local Authority Delivery (LAD) scheme.
SBS has a long-standing working relationship with Rykneld Homes and, currently, we’re delivering energy efficiency improvements to over 70 Reema Non-Traditional Properties.
The work has principally involved fitting external wall insulation, together with associated adaptations. It has enabled a growing number of residents to enjoy warmer homes and reduced bills. We were therefore very pleased to receive a kind email from local tenant, Jackie Foster, who said:
