As a tier-1 contractor, we operate throughout Britain. We have our head office in Skelmersdale but in order to maintain an effective operational presence in other areas, we have additional regional offices that are supported by depots, site offices and training facilities across the UK.

On many of our projects, we employ local Resident Liaison Officers (RLOs), also known as ‘Tenant Liaison Officers’. Their role is to provide a local point of contact for people whose homes and neighbourhoods will be affected by our work.

Prior to the start of any work, we will generally distribute letters and/or leaflets that provide contact details for our RLOs and site teams, as well as an emergency call-out number. Our RLOs can deal with a variety of questions and can also alert the local site team to any problems.
