View our Projects

As a multi-award-winning principal contractor, specialising in low-carbon building projects, we manage retrofit decarbonisation schemes, delivering at scale for clients including local authorities and housing associations. We also work with a wide variety of residential property types. These range from traditional low-rise housing to high-rise blocks, and they often include designs that are considered ‘hard to treat.’

The following case studies illustrate our various capabilities. They also highlight some of the sources of retrofit decarbonisation funding that we have utilised in recent years. If you have a particular interest – e.g. mixed tenure projects or funded schemes that have been delivered to the latest PAS standards – you can filter the list using the tags shown below.

Additional Project Information

Note that these case studies cover just a small fraction of the projects that we have delivered since our business was first established in 1976. In addition to award-winning decarbonisation works, they have included construction, structural repairs, planned maintenance, general refurbishment, environmental works and much more. In conjunction with universities and various public bodies, we have also delivered a number of notable energy-efficiency trials and demonstration projects.
