A solid wall insulation scheme delivered by Sustainable Building Services (UK) Ltd has been cited as an example of industry best practice in a major government report called 'Each Home Counts'.
Denbighshire County Council has appointed SBS to carry out a £1.3 million scheme involving the refurbishment of 92 occupied properties in Corwen, Ruthin and Rhyl.
The scheme was directly procured by the council and is scheduled to run until February 2017. The work will entail roof repairs and applying new render. It will also require the extension and shrouding of power cables and phone lines to the various properties.
