In July 2019, SBS was awarded a place on a new framework for Stoke-on-Trent City Council. This marks the start of a new working relationship, and the work is expected to run between the end of this month and March 2020.
We have secured a place on Lot 3 for General Building Works (which includes external wall insulation.) The work, worth up to £600,000, will apply to a variety of property types. Weston Coyney Estate encompasses 114 properties, comprising four blocks of flats, 2- and 3-bedroomed semi-detached houses, and a number of 1- and 2-bedroomed bungalows.
